GSK Nutritional Survey

Dear Athletes

My name is Suzane Leser and I am a Sports Nutritionist at GlaxoSmithKline, Nutritional Healthcare R&D.
 
I am currently conducting a questionnaire-based survey on the ‘Social Impact Assessment of Sports Foods Regulation’. This survey is part of the MSc Programme ‘European Food Regulatory Affairs’, from the University of Ulster.

The aim of this survey is to learn more about your opinions and perceptions of sports nutrition products, how important regulation is to you, and what you expect from future changes in regulation.
 
We hope that the information obtained from this survey will contribute to inform the UK and European regulatory decisions on the future of sports nutrition products, your contribution is invaluable.
 
The Questionnaire is attached below
It is preceded by the “Participant Information”, so you can better understand what the survey will involve before making a decision to participate. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is anything that is not clear.

GSK have agreed to give each BAC athlete who completes the survey a number of GSK products, when you email the completed survey to me, please include the address you wish the product to be sent to.
