Disciplinary and Grievances

The athlete support personnel at the BAC have a professional skill set in Human Resources, so we understand grievance and disciplinary policies. We can access the appropriate policy within your NGB to discuss the relevant information to you, and in doing so provide end-to-end support. Whether you are the subject of a disciplinary or have a grievance with another individual, please get in touch to discuss in confidence.

In most cases, the BAC will encourage athletes to resolve grievances at the lowest level and escalate concerns appropriately. However, if the athlete requires legal support, where appropriate, we have the ability to refer the case to our partners, Winston and Strawn and Sports Resolutions UK, at no cost to the athlete.
